I need to find audio recording software that meets my following needs...
1. Record audio from tapes/records
2. Establish or manually set "chapters" within the captured audio file
a. This can be done after saving the captured audio. Using the editing tools how can one set chapters?
I currently have Nero's audio editor but have not figured out how to establish chapters, or markers that can be used to shift forward or backward on the cd.
Thanks ahead of time.

In Nero, you'd add the track to the compilation, then right click it and add splits using the Splits and indexes option.
