Trouble with LTR-12101B

Hi there, I'm having problems with my burner and can't figure out whats wrong with it, it starts the burning process, then after about 10-20 seconds the following messages are displayed:

-No Seek Complete
-Invalid write state
-Could not perform EndTrack
-Session fixation error
-Could not perform fixation

any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Also, i just copied the log of the last session, i'm not sure if that'll help at all.
