I transferred a vhs concert video to MPEG1 for a VCD. How do i now make each song a different track on the VCD? Do i need to split the original mpg into separate tracks before burning the VCD, or is there a program i can use where i can play the mpg and say "insert track break here?"

Try using VCD easy 1.0.3. You can make chapter breaks using this program. You just need to know the exact time for each song and enter in the chapter break time. Works great for me.
