Can someone please help me with creating a cd that plays music in standard cd players but will auto start when put into a computer to either play videos or take people to a website.

You will have to record a CD extra. First session is audio, second is data in Mode-2 format.
You will also need to implement the autorun function in the data session/track.
Please look for information at msdn.microsoft.com, or make a google search for finding a program that will do it for you without a need to do much programing.
