I download through p2p videos to play on my DVD Player, e.g. I'm a member of CinemaNow. In the past I've had problems with my DVD Player pausing, skipping, and jumping, even quiting on recorded dvds, e.g. I'd download an avi file, burn it to a DVD+R blanks, go and play it on my DVD Player (I run a laser clearner, use a good burning software, e.g. Nero 7) and when I tried to play it, as said, skip, jump, pause, etc. Not all the time, but often enough to make the viewing anxious becaue I was waiting for skipping or whatever. I've been told that recorded media is more difficult for a DVD Player's laser to read than commercial DVDs, but there are better DVD Players with better laser reading capabilities. Can anyone suggest a good DVD Player for recorded media, i.e. avi, mpeg, etc. files, burned to a DVD+ or -- blank to be played on that DVD Player?
