Can I copy the contents of the Playstation 2 CD on my computer and then burn it onto a blank DVD? I only have a DVD burner, no other drives.

Yes you can! in fact, that is probably the best way to do it

I suggest making an image file using Alcohol 120% and then using Alcohol 120% again to burn the image back to a DVDR. Good Luck!
