dont think so,  attached photo of output ... have ?? usb?? 

I can either pick up DVD recorder to input signal from DVR
or
I can pick up Plextor video capture convertor (pxm402u) for input from DVR
computer and burn Liteon 16XDVD.

guess the result will be the same ??  unless there is another way ??
any suggestions.

thoughts on usb port..... would i be able to access through windows ??

What's your question?  That doesn't look like a question... you say USB????

Well I see a USB port.. does that answer the question?

If there is any software that supports this device you'll have signal. You'll also need drivers for this.
