I have been using winavi to convert to vcd for a little while now. A strange problem has suddenly occurred. I am unable to use the preview screen, because all it gives me is a green screen with fine diagonal lines.
Can somebody help me please (no hi-tech jargon please....lol) I am a real newbie at all of this.

i think it's a driver issue. check if you have the latest driver for your graphic board

Thanks somuch for your reply.
But apparently it was a "glitch" in some of the frames of themovie..once I had deleted several hundred of those, it converted really well.
