As stated by Mp3Mogul, you need: 1. a program for WMA --> WAV converson, and 2. a program for burning .CUE files. Use EAC for the second task. I don't know how to transform WMA to WAV. Windows Media Player is able to play them. This means that the codecs for doing the conversion are on your system already. Out of my hat, I would say to use a full dublex audio card to re-record digitally on hard disc. But this way you will certainly have the inter song gaps distorted. I hope there is a conversion somewhere on the web. Just do a Google search...
