Hey im using Nero Burning Rom 6 (6.6.0.3 Enterprise Edition). Everytime i try and burn audio cds i get the following error;

This complilation contains too much data to fit on the disc with respect to the normal disc capacity. Do you want to try overburn writing at your own risk? (This might cause read errors at the end of the disc or might even damage your recorder.)

Required capacirty: 77:43:22 683MB
Total capacity on disc: 7:05:16 62MB

Note: SCSI/ATAPI errors may also occur at the end of the simulation or burning. Even then, the CD/DVD may still be readable but the written data needs to be verified

I have tried all different type of cds, all 700MB 80mins, and i always get this message saying i have only got 62MB of space on the CD. Is this an issue with my Nero program or is it a hardware issue with my burner?

Any help would be greatly appreciated thats :D

What is the drive? Do you have ASPI installed?

Well im not to sure how to check. ON the Front of the burner it has Smart and Friendly Cd Speedwriter RW, and in device manager it has SAF CD-RW4424A. Dont no if i have ASPI installed dont no what it is sorry.

Try install ASPI:

Make sure you read the included instuctions first.

I didnt have that installed so thanks for that but i am still having the same problem. Is it possible that it is a problem with Nero? I recently had to do a clean install of windows Xp so had to reinstall it. Before the clean install burner worked fine
