Please help me find a firmware to HL-DT-ST CD-RW GCE-8520B , i have tried to find one but i'm Kind a n00b on this

, please give me a link or something where i can get the newst firmware for this.

The reason that i want it is because when i put in a 800Mb cd Nero says it's 700 mb, Guess that a new firmware will fix this prob?

Welcome to CDRinfo's Forum!

Your drive seems to be an LG. Apart from the firmware I would also suggest latest Nero version and system ASPI.

I managed to found only one firmware revision for your drive, the 1.04 which I assume is the one you currently have, isn't it? Maybe there isn't ant newer. I try harder.

Hello !

Thanx for the link, i have installed the newest driver but still same problem in nero, and i have the newest version of Nero but what do you mean with latest ASPI Driver and where can i get that ?
