I just got a lite-on 48x 246s it's so sweet. In fect if it was a women... errr ahh yeah back to the topic. Well it only burns up to 40x in nero. and In nero cd speed it average 33.6 burn sppeed. I was wondering what do I needed to do to get this baby up to full speed.

WinXP
500mhz cpu celeron
192mb ram
3 hard drive
Quatum Max 12 gig
1 Maxtor 40gig 7200rpm
1 Maxtor 80 gig 7200rpm

Also I can o/c this drive right to 52x? what do I need to get change the firmware?

oh yeah how do i check those c2 error things I always see people talking about on this board.
