I know its not a chat room, but any other forum I'm a member at, someone at least TRYS to answer or help people, this forum is a ghost town.

Please don't whine and be patient. It is the weekend and Christmas time (or insert holiday of choice) and people are busy with other things.

I get pretty fast responses usually. Although I've only asked 3 questions, I've gotten help within 3 or 4 hours all 3 times. That's pretty efficient for me

I usually answer queries that I am sure of but will leave uncertainties to people more informed.
But for people with attitude problems!! I do not get paid to answer and I will not respond!!
A little politeness patience & understanding goes a long way.

.....I for one would like to thank all those people here that take time to answer questions from newbies and non newbies alike. You know who you are and you are very much appreciated by us all here....so in contrast to Mattyboy....I have found peoples' responses here to be quick, helpful and informative and with that it mind I wish you all a happy Xmas, Diwali, Hanuka or whatever you celebrate this time of year....btw, OT, as a result of the excellent review given by this site, I will be installing tomorrow my new benq dw 1620 retail version - I just hope it works!
