I have a 6 hour mp3 and i want to make it into a wav file.

The problem is I dont want the first two hours or the last two. Is there a way to cut the mp3 up, then only make the middle two hours into a wav. I want to use something like wave studio, but obviously something for instance called mp3 studio.
