I'm getting some text coming out spotty as if the ink jet was low or clogged but when I run tests on paper everything comes out fine. I've run the tools and I still get the same issue - some text will get choped off even though the background that extends beyond it comes out fine. I checked out the epson site and can't find the latest version - no idea why that is.

Does anyone know where to download it?
