my dvd burners are both not reading some blanl media.. I was told to d/l new firmware and I am confused. I have OPTORITE DVD RW DD0201 and a PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-108. Can someone please help me.

Why go to CDFreaks?

Anyway, if you need a firmware, go to our main page, CDR-INFO.COM click download, then firmware, and follow the instructions... no need to go elsewhere.

If someone finds it too hard to follow here (not sure why) then alternative may be appropriate + not always latest f/w here first

It's not hard to find firmware here, if you know what drive you have!

Anyway, firmwares are upgraded on our links as soon as we know they have been upgraded.... Alot of links on CDFREAKS is hacked firmware, and not every user wants this.
