I downloaded the free (advertising enabled) version and whenever I try to run the program, the display from the drive information section looks distorted, the text is shifted and the checkboxes for supported features are shifted and obscured by the out of alignment text.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but to no avail....

Any ideas??

I'm running WinXP Pro SP1, Nvidia FX5600 w/256mb DDR, AMD XP2400 with an ABIT NF7-s rev 2 Mobo with 768mb of PC2700 DDR and the NEC ND-3500ag Burner.

Apreciate in advance the help of those who respond to my question...

Welcome to CDRinfo's Forum!

Strange problem. I am sure that DVDinfoPro's makers will contact you soon.

Just downloaded it and ran it. I've never seen or used the program before the other day when I installed it for the 1st time, it was recommended to me by a friend, so I thought I'd give the free version a try before upgrading to the paid.

Glad I didn't get the paid version and have this happen....weird problem.

Hi,

By the look of the screen shots you are running window altering code, your title bars etc dont look normal. You also may be running windows in other than standard 96DPI mode, and using different fonts.

If you remove any skinning type programs, and return your fonts, and DPI to normal, I beleive you will find the view will return to normal.

cheers
NicW
