hi,this is my first time here,and i need a little help..
my lg (x24 x10 x40) burner is messing up my head,here's the deal,i bought the thing,and it wouldn't burn,it reads fine,it's detected as a burner but it didn't burn,i downloaded a fix for burners from microsoft for xp pro,and that seemed to work,it burned like a charm,a couple of weeks ago,i bought a dvd drive,i installed as a slave to the buner,and it stopped burning,i removed the dvd and it's still stuck,i use nero to burn cds,wha happens is when i start nero,and it starts to detect my aspi ide it freezes,and i have to restart the pc,i tried upgrading the firmware and removing all new hardware on my pc,and i tried the newest version of nero,it still freezes,i tried burning with the xp utility and it does the same thing,it freezes,any help would be apreciated guys,i really need it!!
