I have a DVD ISO image file which is 7.6GB in size which i want to convert to SVCD format

I mounted it in daemontools 3.17 and then loaded it into smartripper, or dvd decryptor or dvd2svcd but all of them show the largest IFO file being only 23 mins instead of the full length of the movie.

The dvd ISO image has like 17+ IFO, VOB, BUP files on it, how am I meant to probably rip it or convert it to SVCD mpeg2 format ?

any way of converting a DVD ISO image into an SVCD directly ?
