I wanna get a new "faster" processer "just for the heck of it" and this looks like a good deal to me...

Is there any reson why this wouldn't work with my computer? I don't know what to say so I'll just post a lot of random info, but I'll be carful not to post any private info, lest I be banned "I'm not mentioning any names"

Hmmm... you have a Core 2 Duo, but want something faster... Pretty darn sure I would not be looking at a Celeron... Perhaps a Quad, but get your check book out.

I am pretty happy with my E6600.  May pick up a quad core in a few months, but I am in no rush... I think you should stick with what you got for the time being... but that is just my opinion.

The processor you already have is faster than what you are looking at, considering it is a Celeron.

ALSO:

Just as a note, I just read another post that stated you didn't have a floppy drive in your computer, however, the info above states you do!

Faster? **** ******, I wish I read that before I bought it! It's my fault for not checking up enough. to tell you the truth as far as I know, more htz means more speed... I don't even know what celeron means
