I have just downloaded DVDINFO PRO 3.50 update and it won't update DVDINFO PRO 3.49.
It goes through the process of updating but when you run the program and check the version it says 3.49.

I too am having issues updating to v3.50. Update won't work and new install won't recognise my serial number.

Nic,
I just tried a new install with the full 3.50 release and it came up with three small error windows one was after I had typed in my serial number and pressed next.
Each small window was titled Error and the messages were C:\Documents and Settings\myname\Local Settings\Temp\ and then C:\Program Files\DVDINFOPRO\Database\ the last one was C:\Documents and Settings\myname\Local Settings\Temp\ after clicking OK on each of these windows the installer continued as normal.

Hi guys,

Bare with us. We are having a few small issues with the installer + the cutover to -R Dual Layer compliance for the DVR-109. My suggestion for the time being is to simply uninstall all previous versions - getting rid of any instance of the install folder/shortcuts etc, then reinstalling 3.50. This should sort it out temporarily.

Apologies for this. We will have this problem fixed momentarily!

I have found the bug in the Installshield installer and fixed it.. I have also fixed the bitsetting issue some users found, Zebra and I are arranging the upload of V3.51 ASAP.
