I bought this writer (LG 8160b) a month or so ago, and I can backup SD2 games without a problem, but securom backups are not 1:1 like the ones I made with my old HP 8150.

I tried to backup Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction and Zeus with clonecd (checking read subchannel data from data and audio tracks), and both of them worked only in a LG CD-ROM drive, but refused to work in a Pioneer DVD-ROM drive. Using the same settings and clonecd version with my old HP writer I made a backup of D2: LOD that worked flawlessly in that DVD-ROM. Anyone that has this writer has managed to backup SecuROM protected games that work in ANY drive?
