How do i do to flash my drive? I thought that the flashfirmware would contain exe files. It did not. Only bin files. How do I do?

Official firmware version 1.03 is available at http://support.necsam.com/OEM/downloads/FlashFirmware/

Does anyone have the list of changes ?

Hi i also have an NEC 3540 , my question is , it burns every thing at 8x speed is there something i can do to get the burn speed down at 4x or 2x speed.
