is there a way to compress like DVD Shrink with DVD Decrypter? Or should i just rip with Decrypter to ISO, mount the ISO and then Shrink it. Thanks

No, DVD Decrypter does "not" shrink. As an option, you could also rip in say, File mode to your hard-drive, and then shrink...
