Intel's SSD roadmap for this year and the Q1 of 2014 has appeared online, and includes the enthusiast-grade Intel 530 Series, which will be available in 2.5", mSATA, and NGFF M.2 form factors.

VR-Zone's Chinese site has posted the roadmap, which shows that the Intel 530 will initially be limited to 180 and 240GB capacities.

Intel also appears to be prepping the Pro 1500 Series SSDs, available in a range of capacities and 2.5" /mSATA form factors with support for the TCG Opal encryption.

A Pro 2500 SSD also scheduled for the fourth quarter.

The server-grade PCIe P3700 Series appears in Q1 2014 section of the roadmap. Possibly based on the high-endurance version of Intel's 20-nm NAND, the drive will come in capacities up to 2TB.

Finally, the P3500 PCIe series is expected to be released in Q1 2014, in capacities of up to 2TB.
