Facebook will come up with a new product announcement on June 20, according to invitations sent out to media.
The company is inviting media in an event that will be held on Thursday, June 20, in its Menlo Park, Calif. offices. The invitations were not set via email but by snail mail.
"A small team has been working on a new idea," the invitation reads. "Join us for coffee and learn about a new product."
There is no word on what the new product might be. In a blog post announcing the Hashtags feature earlier this week, Facebook said that it would be making additional announcements over the coming weeks about its public conversation features.
