TCL is collaborating with streaming device specialist Roku to create a new range of TVs that allow users to access content streaming sources at the click of a remote.
Ranging in size from 32 to 55 inches, the new models facilitate access to services such as Netflix and Amazon Instant Video. The TVs come with remote controls that feature
specific buttons that take the user directly to Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, Rdio and Vudu. An app for Windows, Android and iOS also allows users to transform any mobile device into an extra remote for the TV. Users can also access YouTube, Vevo, Hulu Plus or HBO Go.
The new TVs, which are expected to begin shipping in September, have three HDMI inputs. All of the new models are Full HD (1080p) except from the 32-inch 720p model.
