Message Text: Just one week after their official announcement at the Mobile World Congress, Nokia's new low-cost "X" Android devices have been "hacked" to run Google's services.

Well, it's not exactly a hack, but a simple guide posted online by an XDA-developers member. The guide describes a five-step process and when it is completed, you will be able to use the Google Play store to download other apps as well as use services such as Gmail and Drive.

Nokia's X devices were mainly designed for Microsoft services rather than the ability to use any of Google's offerings, which are not available out of the box.

Nokia welcomed the idea of playing around with its new devices, via Twitter:

"This is awesome! Very excited to see progress is being made - we actually really like," Nokia Developer Team wrote in a response to XDA Developers.
