MSI To Showcase VR-ready Laptop, Gaming Desktops And More At Computex


The 36th COMPUTEX is just around the corner and MSI will have its full range of VR-ready gaming laptops, gaming desktops, top-notch gaming motherboard, high-end graphics card, and gaming peripherals on display.

This year, accommodating with the gaming and eSports industry worldwide, COMPUTEX (May 31 to June 4) focuses on gaming for first time. The sepraate focus on gaming has attracted more than 30 exhibitors in the industry to present their latest gaming products.

MSI will have on display the GS63 Stealth Pro, a thin yet powerful gAMING laptop featuring the new Cooler Boost Trinity with a total of 5 heatpipes and enhanced Whirlwind Blade fans to exhaust the heat out of the system silently. Moreover, dual thermal modules promise the Intel Core i7 6700HQ and the NVIDIA GeForce GTX970M level graphics ultimate performance.

The GT83 Titan SLI and GT73 Titan SLI laptops both are VR Ready and are equipped with the SLI platform design.

The GT83 Titan SLI packs a NVIDIA GeForce GTX980 SLI graphics solution and the extreme 3+1 of 4K display surround mode. GT73 Titan SLI is the lightest mobile SLI with dual GTX980M SLI level graphics, also supports single GTX980 top-tier mobile graphics. The flexibility of the gaming rig caters gamers looking for gaming at 4K settings under 3-monitor surround mode.

The GS73 laptop accommodates mobile GTX970M graphics and Cooler Boost Trinity. Its spec-sheet includes SteelSeries gaming keyboard and SteelSeries Engine 3 software, True Color display with better gamut color panel, ESS SABRE HiFi headset AMP and Nahimic 2.0.

Fueled by Intel extreme Core i7 processors and NVIDIA GeForce GTX980 graphics card, the MSI VR Backpack PC guarantees new levels of performance and capabilities. Forget VR's limited movement and wires problems, MSI VR Backpack PC enables gamers to move without restraints.

The Aegis gaming desktop series houses an unlocked Intel Core K-series Processor and a NVIDIA GeForce® GTX-powered graphics in a 19.6L case. The icing on the cake is the Dragon Button, with one push on the button to boost 15% of speed and performance. What's more, the HDMI connector, specifically designed to locate at the front of the case, allows users to easily access their VR device.

The small gaming cylinder, the Vortex, is a VR-ready gaming PC designed to fit anywhere. T he device is only about 6.5L and comes packed with power utilizing a unlocked Intel Core i7 6700K processor, dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 SLI graphics and a 360° Silent Storm Cooling design.

The MSI Cubi 2 Plus is powered by the latest Intel 35W "Low TDP" Skylake-S processors and the new 5x5 mini-STX motherboard. The socket design makes CPU upgrading possible and the 2.5" HDD or SSD is easily upgraded as well through the HDD cover. With its compact design, Cubi 2 Plus can serve as HTPC at home, all-round media PC in the office or commercial project PC.

The X99A GAMING PRO CARBON motherboard comes equipped with exclusive front USB type C, Audio Boost 3 technology, supports Turbo M.2 32 Gb/s, SATA Express devices, Dynamic Mystic Light which supports more than 16.8 million colors with 17 different cool LED modes.

With the MSI exclusive Mystic Light Extension, it allows every top gamer to apply their own style.

The X99A XPOWER GAMING TITANIUM is designed with MSI’s Titanium theme. Featuring the latest U.2 32 Gb/s storage, Military Class 5 components, complete I/O and Audio cover, and enhanced thermal design MSI is ready to break overclocking records.

Sighting gamers’ emands, MSI caters to power users and extreme overclockers, launching the Z170A MPOWER GAMING TITANIUM. Equipped with a Steel Backplate to prevent bending, it is featured with exclusive Audio Boost 3 & lastest Nahimic technology, front USB Type-C, GAMING LAN and MSI LAN protect.

In COMPUTEX demo line up, MSI rolls out the GeForce GTX 1080 Founders Edition graphics card. The card's performance is more powerful than two GeForce GTX 980 SLI and last generation’s flagship TITAN with less power consumption.

In the annual event, MSI also users in new line up of gaming gear, including Interceptor DS4200 GAMING Keyboard and Clutch Series GM40 GAMING Mouse.
