The highly-rumored Sony Xperia Z3 smartphone could have a 5.15in 1080p display, a Snapdragon 801 Quad-Core processor and a 20.7MP camera, according to the latest reports.
Though Sony has remained silent about the existence of Xperia Z3, @evleaks has reportedly confirmed some of the key features of the handset.
So the Z3 (D6653) is supposed to come with a 5.15in 1080p display and be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.4GHz. In addition, the handset is expected to feature Adreno 330 GPU and 3GB of RAM alongside 16GB of internal storage.
Sony's next-gen flagship phone will also sport a 20.7MP rear camera and include a 2.1MP front camera for video calls, suggests the leak via Twitter.
The Xperia Z3 is widely speculated release date for September. A mini version of the device (Xperia Z3 Compact) may be also be released at the IFA 2014 event in Berlin.
