LG Claims It has Received 100 OLED TV Pre-orders

LG Electronics said on Thursday pre-orders for its 55-inch TVs costing over $10,000 have topped 100, and the firm will start selling the TVs on Monday in South Korea.

The company started taking pre-orders for organic light-emitting diode (OLED) TVs some six weeks ago.

Samsung has yet to announce when it will start production of OLED TVs.
