Huawei is about to introduce a massive 6.1-inch 1080p Android smartphone at CES.

Engadget has first spotted a video in which a huge hybrid phone/tablet appears. According to the author of the video, th device features a 6.1-inch 1080p LTPS display, 2GB of RAM, and it is powered by an 1.8GHz quad-core processor made by Huawei. Of course ,we can't be sure on the accuracy of This report so we'll have to wait a little bit more for CES for more information.

More giant phones are said to be coming, including an 6.3-inch screen model developed by Samsung as a successor to the Galaxy Note II.
