No Xbox At Gamescom and TGS

Microsoft has decided to skip the upcoming gamescom and Tokyo Games Show this year.

Microsoft's MajorNelson wrote in a blog post today that Microsoft has changed its approach and this year Xbox will be focusing on smaller, more localized promotions for press, partners, retailers and its customers around the world.

The move follows Microsoft's not so solid presence at E3 eariler this month, in which the company annnounced its latest line-up of games launching this holiday, along with other entertainment experiences - all based on the existing xbox 360 hardware.
