New Apple MacBooks Coming In Autumn

Reports say that Apple's new MacBook computers currently in production are running with an Intel Ivy Bridge processors and come in time for the back-to-school shopping season.

Digitimes.com reports that Apple suppliers will start manufacturing new MacBooks from next month. Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) is taking place June 11-15, where it's speculated that new MacBooks will be introduced.

The 9to5mac.com blog has also posted pictures of a new 15-inch macBook, which features a new Retina display, an ultra-thin design and super-fast USB 3.0 connectivity.

Adding more fuel to the fire, benchmarks have emerged that supposedly show a new MacBook Pro running with an Ivy Bridge Core i7-3820QM processor. The so-called "MacBookPro9,1" earned a Geekbench score that was 17 percent faster than the total that the current i7-powered MacBook Pro models use.

We cannot be sure whether these benchmarks are legit, but there?s little doubt that Apple will rely on the new Intel CPUs for its new system.
