Like it came up with 2 read errors, saying it was a protection problem blah blah blah. Is this like something I cant fix and its just how it is? what if I skip the problem and let the program continue to decrypt?

If its from a bad disk, I generally answer ignore. After 5 read errors, it will ask if you want to automatically skip. A couple of missing frames in a movie are hardly noticible. Even with 300, its still pretty good.
