RightMark CPU Clock Utility (RMClock) is a GUI application designed for realtime CPU frequency/load monitoring and on-the-fly adjustment of the CPU multiplier (FID) and voltage level (VID) of the supported CPUs via processor's power management model specific registers (MSRs). In auto-management mode it continuously monitors the CPU usage level and dynamically adjusts the CPU frequency and/or voltage level as needed.

Features
- Realtime CPU clock and CPU/OS load level monitoring (with logging).
- Detection of virtually any form of CPU clock throttling.
- Dynamic CPU performance state transitions (realtime adjustment of CPU multiplier, FID, and voltage level, VID) "on demand" on supported CPU models.
- Advanced CPU-specific power management settings for AMD K7/K8 and Intel Pentium M/Pentium 4/Xeon CPU families.
Support for multi-processor (SMP/HT) systems.

I don't think I need any realtime or dynamic adjustment - I just want to run my CPU in full speed 24/7.

wow...and why 24/7 at FULL SPEED? I mean...what do you do that You need to have it nonstop on and at full speed?

Maybe You may compete with TomsHardware then....since they are in the process of testing 2 computers at full speed right now (INTEL VS. AMD)....check live stats HERE (they are modifying the systems at the momemt, but will be back online soon!).... So? Sounds interesting 4 You 2 compete with them? Just contact them...

If nothing else, warm the room up in winter?
I don't want anything to do with sell-yourself-Tom.

Yeah...I agree...if we could somehow transform all the heat from where its not needed or desired...to places where they are...and vice versa...then we could really talk about some major improvements here...but as far as we would need twice the ammount of materials to do this (first coolers to cool down hot areas...and then heaters to warm up places where this is needed...)...so far...we are just destined to fail in both (economic and efficiency) areas... Well at least we (consumers) may talk about failure...because we need to pay twice the ammount to get things done and not even done properly and efficient enough...but on the other side...manufacturers are resting on Hawaii...smilling...drinking...smoking cigars...etc...etc...so they are more than happy with "progress" made...

I am sick of all this thinking...need to take a short rest...maybe go surfing...and definitely to drink a bottle of Champagne...and smoke 1 Cuban cigar....

Cya around.
