Is there an easy way to remove things like trailers, previews and warnings that you have to sit through at the beginning of a lot of DVDs? I'd like to keep everything else exactly the same but maybe just have the movie start when I pop it in or go straight to the menu. Thanks for any info.

Thanks, I have DVD Shrink but I can't figure out the way to remove only the opening stuff while keeping the rest of the DVD intact, I would really like to retain all the menus and extras. Does any know if this is easy?

When you are in the main screen of DVD Shrink, you can choose instead of full disk the reauthor. There you can preview each part of the menus and remove it.

Thanks Iggy, the forced stuff I'd like to remove from the first DVD is in the "Title Menus" folder, here's the structure of the DVD,

But when I try to remove or edit this folder DVD shrink says that menu functionality will not be retained. Am I screwed? Would the only way to remove the forced crap at the beginning of this DVD be to save the movie only without the extras? Thanks.

It depends on the player, some they can read it some other not. In PC drives can play.
