I spent a few hours creating my first video using Windows Movie Maker but now I want to take the ".wmv" file and record my results to my DVD-R burner . . . I have no clue what software to utilize to accomplish this task. All the SW that came "bundled" on my SONY PC is not compatible with this file type! Anyone out there that can H E L P this novice/beginer????

Not sure if it will take that format or not, but I think it might. Try EZ CD/DVD 6, I just got it and it worked GREAT! I am very impressed with the results.

Thanks for the feedback!
I've (made the BIG MISTAKE of purchasing) downloaded Dazzle DVD Complete . . . after wasting a full day and making many coasters, also downloaded a "trial" of Ulead's Video Studio 7.

Neither product supports the windows movie maker file but I was successful in creating an *.avi file that recorded in Video Studio 7 to DVD.

Dazzle refuses to refund my money!

Can you give me more information regarding "EZ CD/DVD 6"?
Who is the maker?
Where did you purchase it?

Thanks!
Don

Roxio is the manufacturer.... Should be able to get it at their web page. Try going to www.google.com and then search for it there. Also you should find out if they have a demo to help you test it before you buy it...
