Hi all,

i have a problem : i bought PX-W4824TU, but i didn't find the cds with drivers and utilities in my box!! [:(!][:(!]
So when i install the drive on w 98 SE, the OS need USB 2.0 driver for W98SE but i haven't the cd to install it!
I read the faq on plextor site and i Know that i need TPPINST.EXE (the CD-directory is USB driver\TPPINST.EXE).

Can someone send this TPPINST.EXE for PX-W4824TU to me from original drivers/utilities plextor CD (XMisterX747@hotmail.com)o tell me where can i find it? Help me please!

Why can't you contact where you purchased it from and let them know that you didn't get the CDs with drivers and utilities?! I'm sure they can help you!

Did you buy retail or OEM/Bulk package [?]

I'm sure if you drop a line to [url="support@plextor.be"]Plextor Tech Support[/url], they can provide you with the appropriate software for Win 98SE, or further help you another way.

Hi,

thanks for the answers. I bought the drive online and the online shop shows the retail package...maybe they sent the bulk package for mistake.
Today i phoned to customere care of this virtual shop and i hope they 'll send to me the cds!
