I can't see the picture

Now concerning RW discs they are less compatible with drives than -R or +R media.
I had the same problem once (can't remember what brand) I could erase bun couldn't write on.
I suggest you to get a recordable branded (or better two different) disc (s) and try to burn them. Sony and TDK are sold almost everywhere.
This way you can be sure where the problem lies.

I forgot to tell you.

I have that problem with BENQ CD-RW48x16x48p

After power stroke, I could burn and read ( Disks I didn't BURN ) and can not read my own Disks that I had Burn.

But that was with CD-RW Benq.

And I See on that non readable ( my ) Disks three TRACKS separate.

I had never fiks that problem on drive.

Well, normally you should be able to read them even by using another drive. Have you tried that?
In rare cases and under some circumstances the recorder won't read what it burned.
Now referring to the IDE adapter (I presume it is a pci card, right?) there has been reported some strange behaviour with optical drives especially with Promise chipsets but I can't be sure if the reason is this.

You can install your DVD-RW drive in the secondary IDE controller of your motherboard (ID_1) as single master using a new cable. This way you can check if this is causing the problem.
But before doing that, I would suggest you again to get another brand of disc and make a test.

Well this must solve the problem (partially) since you can still burn your discs. I advice you to get a good DVD-ROM though, Toshibas and some Lite-on's are considered to have a good error correction mechanism. You can find loads of info by searching the forums.
Happy shopping.

I don't know much about TEAC, except for the good reputation they have as a company,
but you can always check for references or reviews and make the right choice.
Cheers!
