Does anybody know where I can get hold of Samsung CDR-80 discs? as they are the ONLY cdr's I've found to work ok with my car cd player, the place I got them from originally has stopped selling them

I *THINK* they were made by RiTEK. Or at least the Samsung CD-RWs were

Samsung has used Ritek & Prodisc manufactured disc's.

Smart Buy CD-Rs use Prodisc as well.
RiDATA uses Ritek, and Maxell 40x CD-Rs also use Ritek, and they are very high quality CD-Rs too!

Tried some datasafe CDR's which are made by Ritec, they wouldent play, might be just a coincidence but of the 2 brands of CDR I have got to play both of them have a gold top,

Finally i found some Samsung cd-r 80 discs, exactly the same as the ones I had before but they wont play in the car cd player! how can that be??

I posted this once befor but car players are most time very picky. And for that reason some cd-r's work in some players very good but most cd-r's will fail. A more detailed information can be foun on this forum.
