Hello,
as you maybe know the Cactus Data Shield may be overcame using Plextor 4012A and Plextools by setting the checkbox Single session on. But if you do not have Plextor but another CD burner? In the manual of my table DVD player I found an interesting feature - it can't read multisession CDs - in that case it reads only the first session. It must be the similar principle like in Plextor. I would like to try to connect the digital audio out from my DVD player to the PC. Can anybody help me how to connect it? Do I need a special card or does there exist any sound card with digital audio input compatible with digital audio output from the DVD player? My DVD player has coaxial digital audio output. I would appreciate any clever advice... Please mail me to slaveko@volny.cz
