Becks was no where near the best player of the match since he left Man Utd and went to Real Madrid he has gone down hill and is no where near the player he used to be. And it should have never gone to penalties we had a perfect legal goal dissalowed and we should have won 2-1 after 90 minutes. I have seen many replays of the goal and there was no fowl but the Swiss Referee was against England right from the start and wanted us to lose. By the way I wish Greece all the Luck in the world but I personally think there is only one winner now France.

The Czech Republic have had good and bad news ahead of Thursday's Euro 2004 semi-final against Greece in Porto.

Central defender Rene Bolf trained on Tuesday after recovering from a knock but right-back Martin Jiranek is expected to miss the semi-final with a groin injury and Ajax's Zdenek Grygera start in his place.

However, a scan of the problem has revealed that it is only a minor tear and Jiranek could be fit again if his side reach the final.

Zisis Vryzas is expected to return to the Greece attack alongside Angelos Charisteas.

Vyrzas, suspended for the quarter-final with France, should come back in for Demis Nikolaidis who played in at attacking midfield role against the French and is set to return to the bench.

Coach Otto Rehhagel must also decide whether to restore the fit-again Stelios Giannakopoulos to his starting line-up with either Konstantinos Katsouranis or Angelis Basinas likely to make way should the German coach decide to play the Bolton man from the start.

Georgios Karagounis is expected to play despite an injury to his left foot but - like skipper Theo Zagorakis - knows he will miss the final - if Greece get there - if he is cautioned.

Probable Teams

Greece: Nikopolidis; Seitaridis, Dellas, Kapsis, Fyssas; Basinas, Karagounis, Zagorakis, Giannakopoulos (or Katsouranis); Charisteas, Vryzas

Czech Republic; Cech, Grygera, Ujfalusi, Bolf, Jankulovski, Poborsky, Galasek, Rosicky, Nedved, Koller, Baros.
