Whoops...posted this in the wrong place before! Sorry if this is a repeat for anyone.

Been having problems loading my CD-Rom by Samsung. Tried to install it and the computer gave me an error that I had to uninstall an earlier version of this software (that I tried to do a search on and could not find) before I could install this.

Wrote to Samsung tech support and they said I would need to install firmware "Live Update". I installed it and the CD will play but I can't burn anything on it.

ANy help would be appreciated. Since I'm a newbie, and I'm not technically savvy, an answer in "English" would be appreciated!
