What DVD camcorder models are out there now, what do you think of them? What media do they use?

Where can we get info on upcoming models + what do you think next year's models have that this year's do not (how do you see development roadmap for DVD camcorders)?

Do you think we should have a separate forum section for DVD camcorders?

Hello c627627 and welcome to our forum. We had tested long time ago a DVD camcorder from Hitachi but since that time nothing...I know that Hitachi and Sony have and selling DVD camcorders but have to search in order to find the exact specs. As for roadmaps...Probably searching around google may come up with something, at least we don't have this information.

There is the Consumer Players forum that we can talk about such devices, thead trasnferring there...
