Hi - I have the 40125W Liteon, and i need some decent media for it, I got the list down to two - Verbatim 40x 700mb with cases for 38p, or TY 32x 700mb w/o cases for 36p.

Firstly, am i rite in saying that the TY will work at 40x???
If so, which ones should i go for, bearing in mind that i would have to get cases for the TY at 11p each.

Also, are the Verbatim 40x any good?

Cheers 4 any help

Priesh

Keep in mind he has a Lite-On. They don't like Mitsubishi Chemicals discs very much. To get the best writing quality, you need to use TY. Else (if you have a diff burner) I would recommend Verbatim.

No probs. I have a Lite-On LTR-48125W and when I burned a CD-DA CD on a Verbatim (Mitsubishi Chemicals) CD-R, it wouldn't even play without pausing constantly in a Philips portable CD player .
