Commenting earlier on how CDRLabs.com test the SD2 compatibility in a LTD-163! That is rediculous!

My old TEAC 4X can make SD2 copies that even work in the Lite-On DVD-ROM LTD-163. They work in no other drive other than the Lite-On DVD and the Teac CD-W54E (4/4/32) itself!

The shows how well the Lite-On DVD can "correct" the partial copy

Actually they have improved and now they test with more readers. Give them a break, DCMA law is above their heads

A cheap Creative 56x drive is the absolute tester for SD2 compatibility

Yeah so I've noticed in their latest review: Sony 40x P-CAV [Lite-On 40125W] (http://www.cdrlabs.com/reviews/index.php?reviewid=129) I wasn't having a go at them, I just thought that when they *used* to test thier backups in only 1 drive was a bit dissapointing...

Toshiba SDM-1502 is also a very good SD2 verification drive
