cdrs certified at 32x or 40x. Or where there is some true 40x media?

I am in the U.S.

Princo said their CDR media can do 32x and 40x...Not so sure if its true however

A Princo disk is included with the new Cendyne 40x burner. It is a rebadger of burners in the U.S. Its 40x burner is a Lite-on and the disk does indeed burn at 40x. Unfortunately, in the U.S., I know of no stores that stock Princo or a brand that sells Princo under their own name. I guess that I will check with their American distributor.
