When you use the write mode RAW SAO+SUB, does this mean you have "Correct EFM Encoding"?

If not, how in the Blue Hell can you tell if your drive supports this? In other words, if I was to go buy a new CD Writer how would I be able to research if it is capable of "Correct EFM Encoding"? Would I read tech specs, the box, etc.?

I already know about the CloneCD list and all the other available lists, but they do not state all the writers that exist.

If you go here, there is a list of all the writers that support it. Once there just select "Supported Writers" then look at the "Correct EFM encoding of regular bit patterns" if there is a mark in that box for that drive, then it supports it. Take a good look at the Liteon drives, and also check the key at the bottom of the page for explain.

RAW SAO+SUB indicates that you can copy CD+G/karaoke discs.
i am still trying to figure out how to determine the EFM capabilities without loking at a list, since none of my burners are on that list. let me know if you figure it out.
