Hi, can someone help me decide between the 2 drives please?

I'm more concerned about write quality, and do not care about the mp3-playback and AudioMASTER capabilities of the Yamaha drive. I thought Plextor would be the one, but this drive does not support PowerRec, wheareas the Yamaha features Optimum Write Speed Control.

Also, how important is Read Leadin/Leadout to a recorder, since the Yamaha drive does not support that ?
